The following terms and conditions govern all use of the Softoria LLC, a company registered in the United States (further – DataImpulse), dataimpulse.com website, and all content, services, and products available at or through the Website. The Website is offered subject to Your acceptance without modification of all of the terms and conditions contained herein and all other operating rules, policies (including, without limitation, DataImpulse’s Privacy Policy), and procedures that may be published from time to time on this Website by DataImpulse.
By accepting these Terms, or by accessing or using the Service or Site, You represent and acknowledge that You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, and that the information You provide in registering to the Service is accurate, complete, and is Yours or within Your right to use. If You are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or another legal entity, You represent that You have the authority to bind such entity and its affiliates to these Terms, in which case the terms “You,” “Your” or related capitalized terms herein shall refer to such entity and its affiliates. If You do not have such authority, or if You do not agree with these Terms, You must not accept these Terms and may not use the Service.
1. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
1.1 – The “Service” includes (a) the Site, (b) the DataImpulse account, services, and DataImpulse products, and (c) the other services provided to You through the Site based on the plan purchased, including all software, data, text, images, sounds, videos, and other content made available through the Site, or developed via the DataImpulse products (collectively, “Content”). Any new features added to or augmenting the Service are also subject to these Terms.
1.2 – The Service may also include basic or expanded support based on the Service plan purchased. DataImpulse does its best to make the Service available as detailed in the applicable Service plan, except for: (a) planned downtime (of which You will be notified in advance), or (b) any unavailability caused by circumstances beyond Our reasonable control, such as, but not limited to, acts of God, acts of government, acts of terror or civil unrest, or technical failures beyond Our control.
2. DATA PRIVACY AND SECURITY
2.1 – In providing You the Service We shall maintain appropriate administrative, physical and technical safeguards to protect the security, confidentiality and integrity of Your data and the personal data of Your end-users. These safeguards include encryption of Your data in transmission (using SSL or similar technologies), except for certain external third-party integrations that do not support encryption, which You may link to the Service of Your choice.
3. USER ACCOUNTS
3.1 – We track all activities on our platform and store detailed logs of user activities. These logs are necessary for maintaining the security and reliability of our services. All stored logs are protected using industry-standard security measures, including encryption and secure storage solutions.
3.2 – By connecting, You allow us to access and use your information, as permitted, and to store Your login credentials. The logs are stored for several critical purposes, including security monitoring, service improvement, and issue resolution.
3.3 – When creating Your User Account, You must provide accurate and complete information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activities on your account and must keep your password secure. We recommend using strong passwords, combining upper and lower case letters, numbers, and symbols.
3.4 – Our activity monitoring includes tracking user interactions with our services, analyzing usage patterns, and detecting potential misuse or breaches of our terms of service. While we monitor activities for security purposes, we respect user privacy and handle all data following our Privacy Policy.
4. REGULATED PROXY USAGE

5. SERVICE RULES
5.1 – We strictly prohibit the use of our proxy services for any illegal activities, including but not limited to hacking, spamming, phishing, distributing malware, unauthorized data collection, engaging in ad fraud or click fraud, conducting DDoS attacks, and sending spam.
5.2 – You agree not to: (i) copy, distribute, or disclose any part of the Service; (ii) send spam or unsolicited emails; (iii) attempt to compromise system security or interfere with the Service; (iv) overload the Service or any target website’s infrastructure; (v) upload viruses or harmful software; (vi) collect personal information without authorization; (vii) impersonate others or conduct fraud; (viii) disrupt the Service’s operation; (ix) access content through unauthorized means; (x) bypass security measures; (xi) resell or redistribute the Service without permission; (xii) attempt unauthorized access to servers or networks; (xiii) disrupt internet communications; (xiv) engage in ticket buying bots or ad fraud; (xv) collect sensitive data not publicly available; or (xvi) violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
5.3 – Any use of DataImpulse Services for activities that are illegal, fraudulent, or abusive is strictly prohibited and will be investigated accordingly. Any detected illegal activity will be reported to the competent authorities. This includes providing the complete history of any illegal activities conducted through our platform after official request.
6. CONTENT RESTRICTIONS AND SITE BLOCKING
6.1 – DataImpulse proactively blocks certain web content, including adult content, governmental websites, harmful domains, and more, as determined by DataImpulse in its sole and exclusive discretion.
6.2 – You agree not to post any content that includes nudity or other sexually suggestive material; hate speech, credible threats, or direct attacks on individuals or groups; self-harm or excessive violence; fake profiles or impersonation; illegal activities or content promoting such activities; malicious software or code; personal information of others without consent; and spam or bulk unsolicited messages.
7. ID VERIFICATION
7.1 – In cases where the use of our services is ambiguous or where further verification is necessary, we reserve the right to request ID verification from the user. This is done to ensure that our services are not misused and are in compliance with legal standards.
7.2 – If DataImpulse suspects that any of the prohibited activities mentioned above are being conducted through Your account, You agree to provide full ID verification. Please comply with ID verification to avoid suspension of Your account.
8. BILLING, PLAN MODIFICATIONS AND PAYMENTS
8.1 – General. The Service is made available on a pay-as-you-go basis or on-demand subscription basis and is charged at the start of Your elected subscription term.
8.2 – Billing. DataImpulse uses a third-party intermediary to manage the processing of payments and this intermediary is not permitted to store, retain, or use Your billing information except to process Your payment information for DataImpulse. 8.3 – Auto-recharge. Your subscription will renew automatically based on Your plan’s renewal cycle. The Service provides an interface for the account owner to change credit card or other payment information. The account owner will receive a receipt upon each payment received, or they may obtain a receipt from within the application to be able to track the status of Your subscription. All subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of Your subscription period until canceled by You. You will not receive further notice of auto-renewal.
8.4 – Payment method. DataImpulse bills You through a secure online account for the use of the service. We have an SSL certificate that prohibits Your sensitive payment information from being intercepted. Your complete billing information is not stored on DataImpulse servers. If you choose to pay by wire transfer, you will be provided with the issuer’s bank account number, routing number and bank address, along with a unique identifying code that will enable us to identify, upon receipt of the payment, to match the incoming wire transfer with Your account.
8.5 – Payment Processing Fees.
The fees associated with payment processing, including but not limited to credit card fees, wire transfer fees, cryptocurrency transaction fees, PayPal fees, or any other intermediary charges, are the sole responsibility of the customer. DataImpulse shall not be held liable for compensating these fees under any circumstances. Customers are advised to consider these charges when making payments, as they are non-refundable and will not be covered by DataImpulse.
Please note, there are no refunds for partial months of service, plan downgrades, or refunds for unused time if You close Your account before your funds run out. No exceptions will be made in order to treat everyone equally and keep our administrative costs low for the ultimate benefit of our customer base. Downgrading Your plan level may cause the loss of content, features, or capacity of Your account and DataImpulse does not accept any liability for such loss. DataImpulse reserves the right to contact You about special pricing.
9. CHANGES
9.1 – DataImpulse reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace any part of this Agreement. It is Your responsibility to check this Agreement periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the Website following the posting of any changes to this Agreement constitutes acceptance of those changes. DataImpulse may also, in the future, offer new services and/or features through the Website (including, the release of new tools and resources). Such new features and/or services shall be subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
10. MONEY BACK GUARANTEE & REFUND POLICY
10.1 – DataImpulse provides a 7-day refund policy. Note that the money-back guarantee and refund policy are only applicable to the first-time purchase of the “Intro” plan only.
10.2 – If the system detects patterns of misuse, such as creating multiple accounts to exploit the refund policy by using the allocated traffic and then requesting a refund, the refund may be denied. Such actions are considered fraudulent and will result in a denial of the refund request.
10.3 – If less than 20% of the purchased traffic remains on the account at the time of the refund request, this will trigger a thorough review, and the refund may be denied.
11. REFUSAL OF SERVICE
11.1 – We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or suspend service, at our sole discretion.
Restricted countries or regions:
- Cuba: For regulatory reasons, users in this country are currently unable to access DataImpulse services.
- Iran: For regulatory reasons, users in this country are currently unable to access DataImpulse services.
- North Korea: For regulatory reasons, users in this country are currently unable to access DataImpulse services.
- Syria: For regulatory reasons, users in this country are currently unable to access DataImpulse services.
- Ukraine (Crimea Region, temporarily occupied territories of Donetsk and Luhansk regions): For regulatory reasons, users in the occupied regions of Ukraine are currently unable to access DataImpulse services.
- Russian Federation: For regulatory reasons, users in this region are currently unable to access DataImpulse services.
- Republic of Belarus: For regulatory reasons, users in this region are currently unable to access DataImpulse services.
11.2 – If You own a registered and activated DataImpulse account, You are not allowed to create another account. If You have created an account but have not activated it, You can create one additional account.
12. DISCLAIMER
12.1 – DataImpulse cannot be held liable for system downtime, crashes, or data loss. We cannot be held liable for any predicated estimate of profits which a client would have gained if the DataImpulse website was functioning. Certain services provided by DataImpulse are resold. DataImpulse holds no responsibility for the use of our clients’ accounts. Failure to comply with any terms or conditions will result in the automatic deactivation of the account in question. We reserve the right to remove any account, without advance notice for any reason without restitution, as DataImpulse sees fit.
13. AFFILIATE PROGRAM
13.1. Referral commissions are intended for referring other individuals, not for self-referral. Exploiting your unique affiliate link for personal gain or manipulating customer behavior is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or termination of your account. We encourage building trustworthy relationships for mutual benefit.
13.2. Refunded orders are deducted from generated sales. If a referral earning has been received for a later refunded order, the corresponding amount will be subtracted from your next payout.
13.3. The use of the DataImpulse trademark in paid search advertisements is strictly prohibited. Accounts found in violation of this policy will be blocked, and any pending or future payouts will be denied.
14. ACCOUNT BLOCKING
14.1. Liability Disclaimer. We cannot guarantee constant access to a particular software or platform. If Your account on any software or platform is suddenly blocked or restricted, it is not due to our proxy service but is a matter related to the policies and systems of the respective software or platform.
14.2. By using our service, You agree that DataImpulse is not responsible for any account blocks or restrictions imposed by third-party software or platforms. You acknowledge that using proxies may violate the terms and conditions of some services and you use them at your own risk.
