Use the form below or email [email protected]. Include the IP addresses, timestamps and evidence you have. More detail means a faster match in our logs.

We investigate
Compliance specialists cross-check your evidence against network logs to identify the account behind the traffic. You receive an acknowledgement within one business day.

We take action
Confirmed violations result in a warning, traffic restrictions, suspension or permanent termination of the account. Where the law requires it, we cooperate with law enforcement.
What we consider abuse
Our Terms of Service prohibit any activity that is illegal or harms third parties. The categories below cover most of the reports we receive.

Unauthorized access
Hacking attempts, brute-force or credential-stuffing attacks, exploitation of vulnerabilities, or scanning systems without permission.

Disruptive traffic
DDoS attacks, request flooding or any traffic intended to degrade, overload or take a service offline.

Fraud and payment abuse
Carding, chargeback fraud, fake account creation, promo abuse, ad fraud and automated purchases that violate a seller’s rules.

Spam and phishing
Unsolicited bulk messaging, fake login pages, distribution of malware or links to malicious resources.

Intellectual property infringement
Distribution of pirated content, sale of counterfeit goods, brand impersonation and other copyright or trademark violations.

Harassment and illegal content
Threats, stalking, extremist content, child sexual abuse material or any material prohibited by applicable law.

Privacy violations
Collecting, selling or exposing personal data in violation of GDPR, CCPA or other data-protection laws.

Other policy violations
Any use that breaches our Terms of Service, even if it does not fit one of the categories above.
